Gives leaders the tools they need to lead others in making an observable impact on rigorous learning in today’s schools and classrooms 

LEADING FOR RIGOROUS LEARNING

  • Day 1 focuses on the key leadership strategies that promote observable impact on rigorous learning.

  • Day 2 focuses on the personal leadership habits that leaders employ to ensure observable impact on rigorous learning occurs each and every day. 

  • Day 3-10 focuses on supporting school and system cohorts in developing and implementing the systems necessary for high impact continuous improvement. 

  • Optional day for systems leaders focuses leaders and leadership teams on establishing the right conditions for observable impact on rigorous learning to be cultivated and sustained over time across a system.

LEADERSHIP COACHING FOR IMPACT

A high support and high accountability coaching program designed for leaders at their point of need.  The program provides routine meetings to determine core problems of practices, plan areas of growth, discuss current progress, and develop skills and dispositions to improve and refine practice.
